I help people move beyond familiar patterns, strengthen their relationships, and find steadier emotional ground. Whether you’re a couple navigating a difficult chapter, an individual working through relationship concerns, or a family facing ongoing conflict, we’ll explore the stories shaping your experience and make room for new possibilities.
I offer private-pay rates, in-network insurance through Headway, and reduced-fee sessions through Open Path Collective. Choose the option below that fits you best.

Explore My Approach to Therapy
I don’t see you, your partner, or your family as broken or in need of fixing. The person is not the problem; the problem is the problem. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or conflict, we’ll step back to explore the broader stories, family patterns, and survival strategies shaping your relationships. From there, we’ll notice the moments when the problem didn’t win and the values and strengths that show up in them and use those to re-author a story you’d rather live.
As a family systems therapist, I draw on narrative and relational ideas, along with parts work and mindful self-compassion. Together, we’ll approach old patterns with curiosity instead of judgment, strengthen connection, and make room for lasting change.
