Private-Pay
Fees & Insurances | Lynn Milligan, LMFT: For clients utilizing private pay, the fee is $150 for individual sessions and $175 for couple or family sessions. Sessions are 53 minutes. I can provide superbills if you wish to utilize your health insurance's out-of-network behavioral health benefits.

I partner with Headway to manage my insurance billing and verification. Through this secure platform, I am able to accept the networks listed below:
- In-Network: Ambetter, Aetna, Regence, Cigna, Premera Blue Cross, Carelon, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Providence, Curative
- Third-Party Plans: Additional plans may be covered when mental health benefits are administered through one of these networks.
Reduced Fee
